AHHHHHHHHH!

So like I posted in my last blog about how bad Kendell's job sucks, it just got 100 times worse if that's possible.

My husband's boss just took his assistant manager position away from him and put him back as cashier. Not because he's a bad worker, not because he takes days off all the time, not because he wasn't doing his job. Simply because "it wasn't working out" is what she says.

The real reason why is because she has favorite people in her store. The other assistant manager is her daughters fiance so naturally she loves him and he can do no wrong, even though he takes days off whenever he wants. Even though he's immature and unreliable. He is perfect.

Kendell has never been late for work. He had a fever of 104 and still went into work until someone told him to go home. He ALWAYS, ALWAYS goes into work when he gets called in. He does his job very well.

The reason Kendell is getting put back to cashier is because there is a girl that Kendell's boss likes more than Kendell. She is like a daughter to the manager and ever since she started working there she has wanted Kendell's job and has made it quite obvious to everyone that she wanted it. She skips work all the time, she doesn't answer her phone when she is late and doesn't show up. She has a baby that she has to leave work to be with (which is fine if you don't have the responsibility of being assistant manager). She also tells the manager what days she will and will not work! Perfect assistant manager material right!?!?!

So my husband will be put back to cashier, will start making a dollar less an hour and probably will get around 15 hours a week, not even enough to pay for gas after we move up to my brothers. Sounds like quite a job doesn't it?

I pray to God that his manager regrets every second of everyday for putting him back to cashier, of course she will because the stupid girl that's getting his job is unreliable and can't work like he does.

I am so angry, so upset. I don't even know how to process this. What are we going to do? God please help us.
